Mr. Seip is President of SkillPROOF Inc., a technology firm specializing in job-market data acquisition and analysis for applications in economics, human resources and financial services.

Henning Seip - CV

Mr. Henning Seip is the President, CEO and Founder of SkillPROOF Inc. Mr. Seip is responsible for system development, sales and strategy of SkillPROOF. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology in the roles of software development, management and cost control. He is also the co-founder of The Consultants Network, Inc. (TCN), a company providing remote consulting services to customers of SAP America.

Previously, he served as a Vice President and Director of Information Systems at Bantam Doubleday Dell Publishing (today Random House) a 100% owned subsidiary of Bertelsmann AG, Germany. In his capacity Mr. Seip was responsible for the successful restructuring of Bantam’s data centers and enterprise software, managing a staff of 72 and a $12 million budget. From 1993 to 1994 he served as a Director of Systems Development at the same company.

Before joining Bantam Doubleday Dell Mr. Seip worked for the CIO of Bertelsmann AG (Germany) as a manager reviewing and reporting the IT-related expenses of Bertelsmann’s 250+ national and international profit centers. He was promoted to this position after extensive software development and project management work on Bertelsmann’s central enterprise software. 

Mr. Seip received the degree Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur in Industrial Engineering from the University of Hamburg (Germany).
